• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Payment & Billing

• All services are billed in advance, based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.).
• Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store credit card details.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services.
• Prices are subject to change, but existing customers will be notified in advance of any changes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Foxnett services for:

• Hosting or distributing malware, phishing, or fraudulent websites.
• Spamming, bulk email, or unsolicited messages.
• Storing or sharing illegal content (including pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization, or abusive content).
• Activities that may harm or disrupt Foxnett’s network or other customers.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your services without refund.

6. Domain Registration

• Domain registrations are subject to ICANN and registry rules.
• Failure to renew a domain before expiration may result in loss of ownership.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are up to date in WHOIS records.

7. Service Availability

Foxnett strives to provide reliable services with high uptime.

• However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may cause downtime.

Foxnett is not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

8. Data Security & Backups

We use industry-standard security measures (SSL, firewalls, encryption) to protect your data.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While Foxnett may provide backup services, we do not guarantee full restoration of data in all cases.

9. Termination & Suspension

• Your activities cause harm to our infrastructure, reputation, or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.
