Acceptable use.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the contract with Foxnett Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It applies to every product: hosting, cloud, VPS, Minecraft, domains, mail, SMS, and licences we resell. We may act on a complaint, a scan, a vendor notice, or our own judgement.

1. Lawful use only

You may not use the services to break Nepal law or the law of any place your content or traffic reaches. You may not help others do so. You are responsible for your customers on a reseller or VPS plan as if their use were yours.

2. Forbidden content and trades

• Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors. We will report this.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, and instructions for violent crime.
• Malware, phishing kits, stolen credentials, exploit hosting, and botnet command.
• Piracy, cracked software, illegal streams, and counterfeit goods.
• Fraud, investment scams, KYC evasion, and impersonation of a bank, government, or brand.
• Adult sexual content, unless we have given written permission on a named plan. The default is no.
• Content we reasonably see as harassing, hateful, or intended to silence another person by abuse of our network.

3. Network and security abuse

• Unauthorised access, scanning, or exploiting of any system that is not yours.
• DDoS, amplification, or traffic meant to knock a service offline.
• Open relays, open proxies, Tor exit nodes, and public anonymisers, unless we have agreed in writing.
• Cryptocurrency mining and similar always-on high-CPU jobs on website hosting, cloud hosting, and any plan that is not a VPS we have approved for that load.
• Using a Foxnett IP to attack, smear, or flood a third party.

4. Mail, SMS, and spam

• No unsolicited bulk email. No harvested lists. No forged headers.
• Lists must be opted in. You must honour unsubscribe. You keep proof of consent.
• Bulk SMS must follow NTA rules and our KYC. Promotional routes are not for OTP or disguised ads. Transactional routes are not for marketing. We may stop a campaign that looks like spam, phishing, or flood.
• A vendor (Google, Zoho, or other) may shut a mailbox. Their acceptable-use rules apply as well as ours.

5. Resource use

Shared and cloud plans are for websites and normal applications, not for a dedicated always-on farm. We may throttle, migrate, or suspend an account that harms neighbours through CPU, RAM, I/O, inodes, processes, or traffic, even if a page advertised “unlimited” in marketing language. “Unlimited” never means unlimited to the point of harming the platform. VPS and Minecraft plans still may not attack the network or ignore RAM and disk you paid for.

We may set fair-use caps, mail sending caps, and inode caps in the panel or in a ticket. Those caps are part of this policy once we notify you or publish them.

6. Domains and brands

Do not register or point domains used for phishing or passing off. ICANN and registry rules apply. We may lock, disable DNS, or push a domain if a registry, court, or clear abuse report requires it.

7. Our enforcement rights

We may, without prior notice and without a refund:

• Filter traffic, null-route an IP, reset a password, or take a snapshot for evidence.
• Remove or disable content, mail, or DNS.
• Suspend or terminate some or all services on the account, and on related accounts we reasonably link to you.
• Report the matter to a vendor, registry, bank, CERT, NTA, or the police.
• Bill you for reasonable incident cost if your abuse harms Foxnett or another customer.

We decide, acting reasonably, whether this policy is broken. We do not have to give you a cure period for serious abuse (phishing, malware, child sexual abuse material, spam bursts, or an active attack).

8. Reports

Report abuse on the report abuse page or by ticket. Include URLs, IPs, headers, and timestamps. We will look at complete reports. We do not promise a public update on every ticket.

9. Changes

We may update this policy by posting it here. Continued use is acceptance. If a product page is softer than this policy, this policy wins.
